Wheat Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Ingredients
for one 1-lb loaf:
5/8 cup buttermilk (for Welbilt machine,
add 1 tablespoon more buttermilk)
1 egg
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cups bread flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons Red Star brand active
dry yeast
Directions:
Place all ingredients in bread pan, select
Light Crust setting, and press Start.
After the baking cycle ends, remove bread
from pan, place on cake rack, and allow
to cool for 1 hour before slicing.
