Ingredients
for a 1 poundloaf:
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1 tbsp dry milk
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cayanne pepper
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp canola, safflower or sunflower
oil
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp active dry yeast
Directions:
Fit the kneading blade firmly on the
shaft. Add the ingredients according to
the manufacturer's instructions. Set your
machine for Whole Wheat and start. After
your bread is finished allow it to cool
fully on a wire rack before slicing, eating
or storing.
