Ingredients:
2 cups bread flour
1/3 cup potato
flour (potato starch) or 1/3 cup bread
flour
1/3 cup mashed
potatoes, room temperature
7/8 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp
honey
1tsp salt
2 tbsp unsalted
butter, room temperature and cut into
pieces
1/3 cup instant
nonfat dry milk solids
3/4 - 1 tsp
active dry yeast
Directions:
Add the ingredients
to the bread pan according to the manufacturer's
instructions. Set your machine to Basic
and start. Let your bread cool on a rack
before slicing. Use aluminum foil for
best storage.
