Ingredients
for 1 pound loaf:
3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp water
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp salt
1 cup ( 5.4 ounces ) whole wheat flour
1 cup ( 5.2 ounces ) unbleached flour
1 1/2 tbsp gluten flour
2 tsp lemon peel, grated
2 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp powdered whey
2 tsp active dry yeast
Directions:
Put the ingredients
in the bread pan in the order listed above
unless your machine's instructions call
for dry ingredients first and liquids
last. Cook on the Basic Wheat cycle on
the Light setting, or your machine's nearest
equivalent.
