How to Use Your Bread Machine

Using your bread machine is really not very difficult once you learn how to operate it. However, at first it might seem impossible. The best thing to do first is to read your owner’s manual. Most of us seem to buy a new gadget and then jump in with both feet without ever reading the manual. Sometimes that works, other times it can make a big mess. With a bread machine you want to make sure that you read the owner’s manual first because you will learn a lot about how to use your bread machine and how it will affect the bread you are baking.

Once you are ready to start baking you are still not done following rules. Now, however, you just have to make sure you follow the bread recipe carefully. Measure all ingredients slowly and meticulously. Then, place ingredients in the bread pan. Remember that wet ingredients are first and the yeast is the last ingredient to go in. Now, place the bread pan in the machine and set the cycle. When the bread has finished baking simply remove it from the machine with oven mitts, place it upside down to let the bread fall out, and then let the bread cool before eating. Using a bread machine is not very difficult; just make sure you follow directions for the best results!
