Once the cheese began to bubble and melt, they would scrape it off the rock and serve it over roasted potatoes. Today, Swissmar introduces the Swiss Raclette with a grill top. With it, you can prepare melted cheese in the eight included raclette dishes, as well as use the top for grilling vegetables, seafood, mini quiches, garlic bread and more. Size: 15 x 12-in.
