We loaded this bread with apples and cinnamontender, moist apples that make this bread absolutely succulent.  Then we added plenty of walnuts for flavor and crunch.  We think your family will love it.  We prefer to keep the toppings simple so that we don't mask the flavor of the apples.   Try it with cream cheese, thin slices of cheddar, or honey butter.  For a wonderful sandwich, spread it with peanut butter.
